Check the load before it leaves the yard
Don't plan loads on guesswork alone
Millimetre inputs, 3D previews, and printable loading lists when you need something concrete for the warehouse or driver. Model your own trailer internal dimensions (length, width, deck height) — not a generic sketch — then run the same packing logic from pallet to trailer to floor.

Built for operations, not slide decks
Each app uses the same packing rules underneath, so a pallet plan and a trailer plan do not contradict each other when dimensions change at the last minute. Read what each tool is for →
Pallet build planner
Build lines with L×W×H in mm, set a max stack height, and review the build in 3D before anyone wraps a band.
Open toolAir container planner
Pick a ULD type (LD3 / LD6 / PMC) and keep everyone aligned on internal dims before you quote, book, or build.
Open toolWarehouse floor loading
Draw a bay or full floor, optionally add racking lanes, and see how the same packing logic fills the space.
Open toolTrailer cube planner
Enter your trailer’s own internal length, width, and deck height — curtain-side or box — then cube the load for the yard, not a one-size-fits-all diagram.

No install — open a tool, enter millimetres, and see whether the story matches the yard. Trailer loads use your own internal dimensions — not a generic outline.

What people say
Grounded feedback from operators who ship every week
Quotes are anonymised and edited for length. Your mileage will vary with cargo, equipment, and site rules — always verify on the ground.
“We stopped arguing about whether a load would fit once the dimensions changed on the day. The trailer view matches what we tell the driver.”
Operations leadUK distribution
“Pallet stack preview saved us a rework when someone mixed carton heights on the same job. Nothing fancy — it just matches reality.”
Warehouse supervisorEuropean 3PL
“Having floor and trailer logic speak the same language means we are not maintaining three different spreadsheets for the same shipment.”

Why we built this
A practical problem, not a slide deck
Nexterra Logistics grew out of day-to-day freight work: last-minute dimension changes, mixed SKU lines, and the gap between what the office planned and what the yard could actually build. Spreadsheets and screenshots were not enough when the radio got busy.
These tools started as internal checks — same grid logic from pallet to trailer to floor — so one change in size did not create three different “versions of the truth”. Opening them on the web keeps everyone on the same page without installing another desktop app.
What we optimise for:
- Millimetre-level inputs that match how you measure on site
- Quick 3D sanity checks before you commit people and equipment
- Printable loading lists where it helps the gate or warehouse
- Honest limits — always confirm weight, stability, and regulations locally
About Nexterra Logistics
Experience across forwarding, warehousing, and customer sites
Nexterra Logistics works with freight forwarding, consolidation, and on-site logistics across the UK and Europe. Our people combine years in operations — booking loads, managing exceptions, and standing next to forklifts when plans meet reality — with a bias toward tools that survive a Friday afternoon.
We are not selling “AI magic”. The planners on this site use explicit dimensions and weights you enter, visualise them in 3D where it helps, and leave the professional judgement (tipping, securing, road rules, site access) with you and your carriers.
Where this fits:
- Curtain-side and box trailers, standard pallets, and simple floor layouts
- Training new planners without handing them a dozen tribal spreadsheets
- Sharing a single link instead of emailing fragile macro sheets
For dedicated consulting, integrations, or bespoke workflows, use the contact form — we respond as humans, not ticket bots.
Planning floor space too?
Sketch a bay, optional racking, and the same packing logic — useful when trailer plans and warehouse plans need to agree.
