Uncheck for 2-way (stringer) entry — forks along the long sides only. The pallet view switches between three stringers (2-way) and a block base (4-way).
Diameter sets the footprint on the deck. Width is how tall each tyre is in the stack.
Boxes use exact L×W×H. The packer fills each layer using guillotine cuts on the pallet footprint.
CSV columns (header row): name, qty, kind (box / tyre / pole /
awkward), sizes in mm — length_mm, width_mm, height_mm. Tyres:
tyre_diameter_mm, tyre_width_mm. Poles: pole_length_mm,
pole_diameter_mm, pole_vertical (yes/no). Optional: weight_kg per line
(per piece), used with max pallet weight.
The 3D view shows four pallets in a row. Cargo fills pallet 1 until max height or max weight, then spills to 2, 3, and 4. More than four full pallets opens the overflow breakdown below.
Includes the pallet deck. When the stack hits this height, no more layers are added and you’ll see a warning for anything left unplaced.
Cargo weight is the sum of per-piece weights you enter on each line. Leave at 0 to pack by size and height only.
Tyres in the same footprint are stacked touching (no air gap). Use the limits above to avoid unstable columns. If the result exceeds your max pallet height, reduce quantities or allow more rotation.
